Hi my name is JaVaughn W and one thing I like to do
is to watch TV. I like to watch TV because things happen in these shows that
don’t really happen in real life. Watching these shows is kind of like an
escape from reality. Some shows that I watch are the blacklist, 24, breaking
bad, the walking dead, the following, and more. Out of all the shows that I
watch, I think that my favorite show has to be the walking dead.
The walking dead is one of those shows that I can’t
wait until next week comes so I can watch the show. One thing that I like about
the walking dead is it is about zombies and people trying to survive in a post-apocalyptic
world. The show falls under the genre of thriller, suspense, drama, and horror.
It also has action in it because the
characters have to kill zombies and sometimes other survivors. I also like
watching the walking dead because I am a fan of zombie movies like 28 days
later, resident evil, Shaun of the dead, day of the dead, zombie land, and
world war z. One thing that is good about the walking dead is it is not just
about killing zombies. It is also about surviving in a post-apocalyptic world.
Instead of just worrying about zombies the character’s
in the show worry about other survivors trying to kill them, finding food,
finding a safe place to stay, and they worry about losing their humanities.
Another good thing about the show is it’s what if scenarios. For example one
what if scenario is what if you was a part of a zombie apocalypse, what would
you do. This gets the show’s viewers involved and invested in the show. It
makes them think about if they were in this situation what would they do. The
walking dead is an amazing show and if you don’t watch it then you should.
